Return/Exchange Policy

• You must email us for an RMA Number, Returns WITHOUT approval are either returned back to sender,or subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS
• All returns must be in new unworn condition and in original box.

• We must be notified within 5 days of receiving merchandise.
• Returns must be received by us within 8 days of issuance of RMA #
• Exchanges and returns on free shipping orders, will be subject to the standard $12.95 shipping fee.All other rules apply. Additional shipping of $12.95 will be charged on exchanges that are not our fault. International exchanges will be charged full shipping rates.
• There is a 15% re-stocking fee for returns and exchanges if you obtain RMA #, and shipping charges are not refundable. Only the purchase price will be refunded. 
• All returns must have RMA #, to obtain RMA email us customerservice@dressed2play.com . Returns without RMA will be charged a Re Stocking Fee of 25% or sent back to sender.
• Lingerie and swimsuits and wigs are not returnable due to federal law.No returns or exchanges on CL clearance items
• All clothing will only be exchanged for size.COSTUMES ARE NOT RETURNABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, ALL SALES FINAL
• Customer responsible for shipping charges to get items back to us. If it was a mistake on our part we will have the packaged picked up.
• Any refused deliveries will be charged shipping charges and 25% Re-stocking Fee..

International Orders

• We do accept credit card payments for international orders. 
• We only accept money orders (payable through a U.S. bank), or cash.
• You must choose the international shipping option for international orders.

Shipping

• Flat rate shipping of $12.95 is for Ground shipping.Free ups ground shipping for all orders over $75.00 apply only for continental US residents only.International and upgraded shipping, normal prices apply. only.  Extra charges for next day and 2 day and 3rd day select shipping will apply.
• Email for quote on international shipping charges.
• Costumes are special order and may take up to additional 10 days before shipping.Items usually ship in 2-3 business days.  This is when they will leave our warehouse, NOT when they will arrive to you.Items on backorder or temporarily sold out can take up to 3 weeks to ship. Upgraded shipping, ie nextday, 2nd day air, do not mean you recieve your package in that time. It means after processing order, that is how many business days to ship,instead of the usual 10 business day ups ground. Backorders take additional time. You will be charged for your backorder items only when your backorder ships out. No new shipping charges will be added.

Low price guarantee

• Find a Lower price and we will beat it by 10%.
• To qualify for low price guarantee competitor must have the exact style, color and size in stock, and we must be able to verify that they have it.
• Offer only applies to established online merchants, auction sites do not qualify.
• Cannot combine with use of coupons.
